ASK an opposition defender what it's like to play against Tommy Conway and there's every chance they'd describe him as a nuisance.
Ask his own teammates what he's like in the Middlesbrough dressing room and they'd probably say the same thing.
"You know when he's about and he's always up to something," laughed boss Michael Carrick.
"You wouldn't know who he's close to or mates with, he just flies around the changing room upsetting everyone and messing around with everyone in a really nice way.
"But when he's on it, he's on it. He trains well, he's playing well and scoring goals."

Conway took his tally for the season to 12 league goals with his 79th second strike at Blackburn on Friday night. Only four Championship players - and two strikers - have scored more this season.
And when you consider Conway has missed 10 games, it's absolutely fair to ask the question - do Boro have the best centre-forward in the Championship?
"Tommy is quality," said Carrick on Friday night.
"He's still young, learning, adapting and developing. There's loads more to come but he's just got that knack of scoring.
"It's a great knack to have. Normally he's in and around the box but that finish tonight, left footed, it just shows what he's capable of doing.
"It's really exciting. He's only been here a short space of time but minutes per goal ratio is impressive and the exciting part is there's still a lot more to come from him."
Crucial on the pitch and influential in the dressing room.
"He's a big part of the group, Tom," said Carrick.
"I have to say as a group at the moment there's a really good bounce and feeling amongst them. They're bouncing off each other. They're laughing and joking but focused as well. Tommy is a big part of that."
