It's no secret that Trent Alexander-Arnold and Mohamed Salah have a strong bromance, and the pair landed playful slaps on each other following the Merseyside derby at Anfield this week.
Liverpool star Alexander-Arnold missed the game due to an ankle injury but was in attendance to cheer his teammates on to a 1-0 victory, and after the final whistle he made his way to the dug-out, where he embraced a number of his teammates.
Curtis Jones got a big hug after impressing in Alexander-Arnold's usual right-back role, while Alexander-Arnold bumped chests with center-back Ibrahima Konate.
After that exchange with Konate came a funny one with Salah, as the Egyptian lifted his right hand and playfully swiped Alexander-Arnold across his face, to which Alexander-Arnold responded by putting his hand on Salah's face.

The exchange was clearly light-hearted, but one Liverpool fan account which shared the clip wrote, "don't know how I feel about this", suggesting a level of concern that the pair might have a problem with one another.
Others allayed those concerns, as one fan wrote: "Definitely playing around look as he (Salah) walks out of frame he’s starting to laugh." Another said: "They're close like Brothers. Seems to love to wind each other up."
Just last month, a video of Salah and Alexander-Arnold 'squaring up' on the eve of Liverpool's game against PSG at Anfield went viral, but there was clearly not a jot of seriousness involved.
Alexander-Arnold and Salah have a famously good relationship on and off the field, and the England right-back revealed last year that his biggest "bromance" at Liverpool was with Salah.
"[I have the biggest bromance with Salah because of] how long we've known each other and how long we've played together, our bond and connection," Alexander-Arnold told " target="_blank" class="link"> Stadium Astro. "On the pitch, we understand the way we play. Even though we could so many times, we never moan at each other, we just respect each other's style of play.
"At times I'll overlap and completely ignore me. I know the next time if I get the ball and don't pass to him, he's probably thinking the same thing. We respect each others' play, and that's why I think our right side is one of the best ever."
Salah himself recently named Alexander-Arnold as one of his best friends in soccer, telling " target="_blank" class="link"> TNT Sports: “I have many [good friends]. Me and Eden Hazard when we see each other have so much fun. I’m close to Kostas [Tsimikas], I’m close to Dominik [Szoboszlai].
“Virgil [van Dijk] also, because we have been team-mates for eight years, so when we sit together and discuss we always have an incredible conversation. We have so much respect for each other. I like Trent a lot but he’s crazy. He doesn’t like to talk but I love him. Robbo [Andy Robertson] more for talking, Trent for listening.”
