Rangers have been handed a suspended partial stadium closure by UEFA.
This sanction comes following "racist and/or discriminatory behaviour" by a section of supporters.
A part of the Copland Stand at Ibrox could face closure for a future European match if such behaviour is repeated.
The punishment comes after a banner displayed by the Union Bears group read: "Keep woke foreign ideologies out.
"Defend Europe."
UEFA considered this incident, among others, and decided on a suspended partial stadium closure, with the club now on a two-year probationary period.
If any similar behaviour occurs during this period, the section closure will be enforced.
Further sanctions were imposed for "improper conduct of the team," "blocking of public passageways," and "throwing of objects" during the Fenerbahce Europa League tie.
Rangers have been fined for these incidents.
The club issued a statement in response to the UEFA sanctions, acknowledging the outcome of the disciplinary case.
The statement emphasised the severity of the suspended closure of the Copland Stand, stating: "This punishment must serve as a severe and significant reminder to the small minority of supporters who bring the name of Rangers into disrepute."
The club warned that any recurrence of discriminatory behaviour, including the singing of illicit songs, could lead to the closure of the 'Rangers end' of Ibrox for a UEFA match.
They highlighted the potential harm to the club's reputation and finances and the impact on the team's chances in a crucial European match.
The club also confirmed it is in the process of issuing lifetime bans to those responsible for the discriminatory banner at the Fenerbahce game.
Additionally, the club addressed the use of pyrotechnics at the Celtic vs Rangers game at Parkhead, stating that the groups responsible will be directly affected by a 500 ticket reduction at the next Premier Sports Cup match at Hampden.
They cautioned that future use of pyrotechnics at any SPFL match could lead to a further reduction of 800 tickets at a later Premier Sports Cup match.
Rangers emphasised the importance of their supporters to the club, stating: "The strongest asset this football club has is our support, and the club knows the overwhelming majority of our supporters will be angered by these episodes and the consequences they have for the club and its supporters."
