Liverpool Legends are back in action on Saturday as they take on their Chelsea counterparts in the latest charity match at Anfield. The game will raise valuable money for various charities.
All of the proceeds from the game will go the LFC foundation as well as supporting beneficiaries including Forever Reds, Chelsea FC Foundation and the Chelsea Players’ Trust. The game kicks off at 3pm.
Reds legend Sir Kenny Dalglish will again be in the dugout at Anfield. The squad met up at Liverpool’s AXA Training Centre on Friday evening to prepare for the game.
In the opposite dugout, leading the Chelsea squad is Roberto Di Matteo. The game will also see history made with Katie Chapman and Natasha Dowie being the first women to feature in the game.
