Bolton Wanderers boss Steven Schumacher has warned rampant Birmingham City that they won't be getting it all their own way when they visit the Toughsheet Community Stadium on Tuesday evening.
Schumacher has overseen a return of ten points from the last 12 available having replaced Ian Evatt at the helm, and he's helped to get last year's beaten finalists' play-off push back on track. They drew 0-0 against promotion rivals Wrexham while Blues were edging out Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday.
Blues have already an eye firmly on the Championship next season; that win over the Chairboys opened up the gap between themselves and the chasing pack to 12 points, and Blues - who admittedly are being squeezed by a spate of injuries currently - still have a game in hand.

Schumacher, though, anticipates that his side - who under Evatt were comfortably beaten 2-0 at St Andrew's in the reverse fixture in October - will provide a brilliant match for Blues and insists that tonight's visitors will not be allowed to have it their own way.
“Not for me,” he told The Bolton News. “At Plymouth a couple of years ago we came up against Ipswich Town, who at the time probably had the best players in the division, and I always said to our lads: ‘If you stand off them and admire them, then they will show you how good they are.’
“We tended to go toe-to-toe and try and make them prove how good they were. And I think I have the similar sort of attitude against Birmingham.
“I know there will be times where we have to sit in and be compact and not be easy to break down and play through, but there will also be times where we have to be aggressive, go and try and win the ball, so that's what we'll do. I can pretty much guarantee it won’t be an easy game for Birmingham either."
