Antony's revival at Real Betis is believed to have put a number of clubs on alert as his long-term future at Manchester United remains unclear.

The Brazilian joined Betis in the January transfer window and has so far enjoyed an upturn in form - registering three goals and one assist across five appearances in all competitions. Although Betis does not have an option to buy Antony, it's uncertain whether he will be given another opportunity at Old Trafford, having struggled since his move from Ajax in 2022.

As clubs line up a potential move in the summer, reports in Germany claimed Bayern Munich were one of the interested clubs. It was reported the German giants had been impressed by Antony's revival in La Liga and were tipped to make a move this summer.

However, journalist Christian Falk has since dismissed those claims. Addressing the rumours, Falk claimed those to be false and pointed out that Bayern looked to sign him in the past but weren't '100% convinced' and that is said to remain the case now.

Speaking about his upturn in form, Antony put it down to finding himself again. "The most important thing is that I have found myself again," he told " target="_blank" class="link"> Betis TV.

"I am happy to be enjoying myself every day. Things go well when we are well, happy, content. In four games I scored three goals and gave an assist. I expected it and I didn't expect it. I have worked mentally and physically to get to this moment. I am very happy about that. When I was in England I continued working mentally and physically. I was also feeling well. I was preparing for this moment. Now, I am very happy to be enjoying and living an incredible moment."

His contract at Old Trafford expires in the summer of 2027 after joining United for an £85million fee from the Eredivisie.
