For the third time in five seasons, Tyrone take on Cavan in the first round of the Ulster Senior Football Championship.

The Red Hands needed extra-time before seeing off the challenge of the Breffnimen last season before losing out to Donegal after extra-time in the provincial semi-final.

Now under the management of Malachy O’Rourke, Tyrone suffered relegation from Division One last month, despite amassing seven points from seven games.
