The Premier League returns with a full midweek fixture list for gameweek 30 as the business end of the 2024/25 season fast approaches.

It’s been a longer-than-usual hiatus for the English top-flight, with the recent March international break followed immediately by a standalone FA Cup quarter-final weekend.

But the action finally resumed on Tuesday night, with Arsenal hosting Fulham and winning 2-1, as Bukayo Saka scored on his return.

High-flying Nottingham Forest edged past Manchester United, backing up the euphoria of their penalty shootout win over Brighton to reach Wembley. West Ham fell to a 1-0 defeat to Wolves.

A huge Merseyside derby clash between runaway leaders Liverpool and Everton saw the Reds move 12 points clear at the top again. Manchester City eased past woefully out-of-form Leicester and Newcastle beat Brentford in their first match since their memorable Carabao Cup final success.

Bournemouth were stunned at home by Ipswich, while Aston Villa cruised to victory over Brighton and Crystal Palace needed a late strike just to earn a point against rock bottom Southampton.

The action concludes on Thursday night with another intriguing all-London clash between Chelsea and Tottenham at Stamford Bridge. Here is the latest Premier League table as it stands.
