Vicky Losada is racing against time to make Albion’s next away trip.
Jelena Cankovic is also hoping to return to contention as the Seagulls visit Leicester City on Sunday (3pm).
Both the vastly experienced midfielders missed last Sunday’s 1-0 win at Tottenham.
Bruna Vilamala and Jorelyn Carabali are also on in the injured list.
Asked initially about Losada, head coach Dario Vidosic said on Friday morning: “She is close. She has tried to come back in, just felt it a little bit.
“I think today she will be back on the pitch so she is one of those who is not far away.
“Her and Jele are in that similar balance and Bruno is not far away.
“She (Bruna) will join in some aspects but the weekend is a bit early.
“For the other two, we will see but we have got these next two days and then we will make a judgement call.”
Albion will look to build on the 1-0 win at Tottenham last Sunday which kept them in fifth place.
Vidosic said: “The girls are training well, they are working really hard and we are getting a few come back.
“There are more to return soon so there will be more competition.
“That just helps, when you compete every single day and everyone is looking to the weekend and the challenge ahead.”
Albion return home a week on Sunday when Manchester City visit Broadfield Stadium.
