Armagh bid to avoid the same fate as Derry when they host the Oak Leafers in round seven of the Allianz Football League.
Following last weekend’s defeat to Mayo, Paddy Tally’s side were relegated to Division Two for next season and, after suffering a 10-point loss in Kerry, the Orchard County still have some work to do in order to avoid falling through the trap door.
The All-Ireland champions have the benefit of their head-to-head win over Tyrone from round two to fall back on, but that loss in Tralee has given Kieran McGeeney’s side a scoring difference of minus eight so they will want to avoid being tied on points with three or more teams.

For Derry, they have little more than pride to play for and it remains to be seen what kind of team Tally will field, especially after goalkeeper Odhran Lynch went off injured against Mayo as they face Donegal in their Ulster SFC opener on Sunday, April 6.
