Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins was reportedly left out of Thomas Tuchel’s first England squad to a minor knee injury.
The striker suffered the problem in Villa’s 3-0 win over Club Brugge on Wednesday night.
He was replaced at half-time by Leon Bailey, who combined with fellow substitute Marco Asensio to open the scoring in the 50th minute.

The Spaniard then scored his second of the night after Ian Maatsen doubled Villa’s lead in front of the Holte End.
Watkins will be bitterly disappointed to be missing out on the World Cup qualifiers against Albania and Latvia.
But Sky Sports have reported that Tuchel agreed with Watkins that he should rest during the international break.
It is unclear whether Watkins will jet out to Dubai with his fellow Villa teammates who weren’t called-up for national team duty.
Unai Emery was keen to get 10 to 12 of his first-team stars on a warm weather training camp before the final two months of the season.
Asensio and Pau Torres weren’t picked by Spain, while Axel Disasi and Boubacar Kamara were also left out by France.
Amadou Onana, meanwhile, won’t be joining the Belgium national team because of his limited minutes in recent months.
