Police are probing a Rangers fan march ahead of last night's Europa League clash. 

Officers have said an investigation is underway into the use of pyrotechnics during a Gers fan march.

We reported that Rangers Ultras organised a walk from Cessnock Subway Station to Ibrox before the match on Thursday, March 14, at 8pm.

Supporters gathered at the travel hub before marching to the stadium, where they then watched the Glasgow side win in penalties against Fenerbache.

Meanwhile, cops also revealed a 38-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with an outstanding warrant outside of the stadium.

Additionally, a 39-year-old man was arrested and issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice in connection with an alleged assault.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “A 38-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with an outstanding warrant.

"He is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today, Friday, March 14, 2025.

“A 39-year-old man was arrested and issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice in connection with an assault.

“Enquiries are ongoing into the use of pyrotechnics during the Rangers football fans cortio.”
