Johannes Hoff Thorup says Norwich have to “accept it and get on with it” following claims Dom Hyam was fortunate to escape punishment.
The Rovers defender was involved in an incident with goalkeeper Angus Gunn but no action was taken by referee Leigh Doughty at the time.
When asked if he wanted to comment on the incident, Thorup chuckled: “No, absolutely not.”
The Dane was then asked if he felt Hyam could face a retrospective ban. He replied: “You never know, there's no line in this and we just have to accept it and get on with it.
“There's a new ref when we play on Friday. We just have to get on with it and accept that things like that happen and they cannot get punished for that. It's just how it is, we keep on playing.”
The Canaries were on course for a big three points at Ewood Park until Andi Weimann’s last-gasp equaliser.
Thorup was disappointed with how his side handled the final stages of the game after going in front through Ante Crnac's first-time finish.
“It's down to margins and I think it's more the approach the last two, three minutes of the game which I'm frustrated about,” he explained.
“I let the players know after the game that it's simply not acceptable because I think up until the goal, we played such a professional game away from home.
“It's a top six team and we go here, we take the ball, we dominate, we try to open them, we try to create the flow in the game and try to create the chances.
“We get ourselves in front at the end and then last two, three minutes we dribble around and lose the ball a couple of times instead of just passing the ball to the final whistle.
“I think there's so many decisions in the last two, three minutes of the game that simply need to be better.”
