Cawl, Welsh cakes and rugby. There are many things that make us proud to be Welsh, but our national anthem tops them all.

Combining our native tongue with song, the video of probably Wales' greatest ever national anthem at a rugby match has emerged again on St David's day, and has captured the attention of the internet once more.

Taking place in 2013, the Wales rugby team stepped onto the pitch to face England in a Six Nations decider. Wales needed to beat the old enemy by seven points to win the championship, so the home support needed to produce something special to fire up their players.

What happened next would go on to become one of the most iconic moments in Welsh rugby history. Wales fans and players alike joined together to produce what is widely believed to be the greatest ever version of Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau at a rugby match.

The footage already has its place on the internet, with over 5 million views on YouTube. However, the epic moment has been given a new lease of life this St David's Day, with TNT Sports posting the video to X, formerly known as Twitter, you can view it below.

Wales would go on to hammer England 30-3 and win the tournament on home turf.

Despite its glittering history, Welsh rugby is currently at a very low point, although Matt Sherratt has provided the public with some light at the end of the tunnel last weekend. Nevertheless, fans took a moment to appreciate the sheer talent on show 12 years ago.

"Looking back at that line-up, that Welsh team was stacked with quality," wrote one.

"What a squad of players!! What an anthem!," wrote another.

"That was an immensely talented team," said one.
