Wigan Warriors head coach Matt Peet has announced an unchanged 21-man squad to the one which convincingly won at Hull FC last week.
Saturday's match at the Allegiant Stadium will be the first Super League game to be played on American soil.
The game kicks off at 9.30pm UK time, 12.30pm Vegas time, and will be shown live on Sky Sports.
