13 million people have tuned in for one of the most highly viewed rugby videos of 2025.
The footage was captioned: 'The incredible strength of rugby players', and shows Australian women's players Teagan Levi and Faith Nathan practicing a lift in a kick-off scenario.
Levi launches her teammate into the air by her shorts, using her strength to hold her above her head while she makes the catch, before returning her to the ground.
Posted to X, the footage has been viewed over 13 million times, with over 30,000 likes. It is believed the footage was captured at the Vancouver Sevens tournament in Canada, where Australia won the bronze medal in the third place play-off against Japan.
The Aussies were beaten by close rivals New Zealand en route to the final, in a crushing 29-10 score line against the top-ranked side. They did fall behind against Japan in the subsequent play-off with Tia Hinds (two), Nathan and Charlotte Caslick crossing the whitewash.

Single-player lifts are a popular feature in the game, with them being a a great example of the strength that rugby requires. It gives the lifted player a better chance of catching the ball but is sometimes a risky movement.
The next stage of the HSBC Sevens circuit is in Hong Kong on March 28 until March 30. It'll take place at Kai Tak Sports Park, with this leg of the circuit being one of the most iconic.
